As a result of my extracurricular experiences and volunteer opportunities at the University of Florida, I knew I wanted to pursue a medical education, but after graduating with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration Degree, I felt I needed additional preparation before entering medical school. After researching programs available to enhance my undergraduate education while also preparing me to successfully gain admission to medical school, I found out about the Georgetown University Special Masters Program. I knew that taking medical school and graduate level courses to earn a Masters Degree at an excellent university would be the best way for me to prepare for medical school. Since enrolling in the program, I have been surrounded by a dedicated, caring faculty and a group of professional peers who have quickly become friends. I know this program with provide me with an excellent education and the skills that will help me succeed in medical school and as a physician.
